Would you recommend someone to go into one of these fields based on your experience/what you've seen or read?Īlso, are there any other schools I should consider besides bcit? (I understand I'm posting this under the BCIT subreddit but if you have any insight on other schools around the Surrey/Vancouver/Burnaby area, I'd appreciate it)Īny advice would be greatly appreciated, I just kind of want to decide on something that I would want to do for the rest of my life as this would be the 3rd time I'm switching and hopefully this is the last. What can I expect besides a heavy course load? I'm thinking of taking a business program at BCIT now, these are 3 ones that I'm interested inīusiness Information Technology Management - ( <- Most interested in this one.)Įventually if everything goes as planned (still undecided) I'm considering taking but I'll decide on that when the time comes.ĭoes anyone have any experience or personal insight in these fields/classes? I'm planning on entering full-time in 2016. I want to be involved somewhat tech-wise in my future employment but programming just isn't for me. I'm doing fine it all of my classes (Currently taking 5 classes, 2 of which are online) except for the intro to programming one, which is only going to get harder and harder as I progress. So, to start this off I'm currently taking CIT part-time and I'm starting to really hate it.
